About HD Planning & Design Ltd
HD Planning & Design Ltd was founded in 2023 by Adrian Huckson and Ian Dryhurst, who worked together for over 20 years with Jersey's largest property developer before establishing their own practice. Based at Hope Street in St Helier, the company brings together architects, structural engineers, and building services specialists working collaboratively to deliver coordinated, cost-effective, and sustainable buildings. Our entire client base has been built on recommendation - we let the quality of our work speak for itself.

Adrian Huckson
Adrian brings over 35 years of architectural expertise. Formerly Design Director at Jersey's largest property developer, he has led design and planning across private residential, affordable housing, care homes, and commercial developments across Jersey and the UK South.
Ian Dryhurst
Ian has over 28 years of experience in Building Services. As former Building Services Design Manager for Jersey's largest property developer, he oversaw technical services across major residential and commercial schemes. His expertise covers building services design and statutory infrastructure.
